interior Design
Process
Here's How it Works!
Step 1
Discovery Call: We set up a call to find out more about you and your project, to ensure it is a good fit for everyone.
Step 2
Let's Meet : For new Construction projects we meet at the office. But for renovations we meet at your home to understand your needs more in-depth and scope of work. International clients we provide seamless meetings online.
After our meeting, we will provide a detailed ID service proposal.
Getting Started
I’ll guide you through a simple step by step process, and introduce new ideas and design solutions. My approach is straightforward and client focused.
1. Listening and Understanding
After we conduct your initial consultation and you’re happy with my proposal, we’ll begin the process to assess the scope of work. To help with this, you’ll be asked to answer a series of questions to better understand how you want to live or work in your space.
2. Concept Development + Feasibly
Next, you’ll receive design concepts that reflect your vision and requirements. At this stage, we’ll begin space planning and understanding of the feasibly of requirement and budget . We will start development of concept images
3. Create Preliminary Drawings and Choose Materials
Third, you’ll receive recommendations from me on materials, as well as renderings and drawings. I’ll invite your feedback and make revisions based on it.
4. Help You Select Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipment (FF&E)
Next, I’ll guide you through the process of selecting interior design elements, including plumbing and lighting fixtures, furniture and accessories, and flooring. My goal is to empower you to make decisions with confidence.
5. Create Your Construction Drawings and Documentation
Your selections will be incorporated into an FF&E Schedule for pre-construction pricing and to
complete all required drawings and documentation.
6. Support During Construction
Once you obtain pricing from your contractor and the construction starts, I’ll be on hand and onsite to ensure all work goes according to plan and is completed on-time and on-budget.
